Binary Design promises to protect your privacy. Our policy applies to the bnrydsgn.com website, meetings with potential clients, and receipt of business cards as potential clients. This statement covers our data collection, processing, and usage policy.

Information Collected

To serve you better, when you contact us about an estimate or for more information we collect information that is personally identifiable such as your first name, last name, email address, mailing address, physical address, and phone numbers. We keep this information internally on one or more of our systems, including but not limited to, our Customer Relationship Management system, our Project Management system, and our Telephone Contacts Management system.

Since we use this information to fullfill contractual agreements with our clients, this informaiton is vital to our buisiness, therefore, We keep this information until we receive a request to remove this data. We do not share this information outside of Binary Design, llc. Ever!

We collect data through our client's websites for analytical purposes. This includes embedding our code on their websites.

Social Media and Widgets

Our website does not include any Social Media features such as the Facebook Like button. However, we provide informaiton directing you to Binary Design accounts on popular social media platforms. These platforms and your interactions with them are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Our website includes links to other sites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. Submiting personally identifiable information to any of those sites is governed by their privacy statements. You should read the privacy statement of any site you visit.

Remove: To have any and all data we hold pertaining to you permanently deleted, simply contact us at policies@bnrydsgn.com.

Withhold: You have the option of refraining from giving us as much info as you would like. However, it may be very difficult to provide you with services without certain identifiable information. You also have the right to ask us to stop processing your information.
